**Booking Policies** Thank you for choosing Serenity Piya. To ensure a seamless experience, we've outlined our booking policies below: 1. Confirmation: Book your appointments via our online system, phone, or email. We’ll confirm your booking once it’s secured. 2. Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early to relax and get settled. This helps us start your session on time. 3. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full session charge. 4. No-Show We miss you when you don’t show up! No-shows will be charged the full session fee. 5. Payment: Payments can be made online in advance or on the day with a Revolut or cash. 6. Health Conditions: Your well-being is our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs when booking so we can tailor our services to you.
